Tailored Coaching

I believe in personalized support because, from both personal and professional experience, I know that every family is unique, and each person responds to different kinds of encouragement as they grow and flourish within their community. That’s why I’ve developed several coaching paths designed to guide you toward multilingual harmony and growth. You can work with me in two ways: through a group experience with other multilingual parents in the GeM Club, or through personalized one-on-one sessions.

How does the group work?

We meet online every two weeks for six months. By listening to the guidance I offer each parent — and by sharing challenges and experiences together — you’ll make steady progress and stay motivated.
And if you choose the Premium package, I’ll also support you between group sessions with six individual coaching sessions, where you can ask questions and keep me updated on your family’s progress.

“We had Nicole coach our multilingual family to help us find better ways to pass my language on to our children. Nicole gave us thoughtful, practical suggestions and explained each idea clearly with concrete examples. We now have a much clearer picture of what we can do to help our children feel more comfortable with their father’s language, and we’re much more motivated to do it. A truly positive experience.”

"Talking with Nicole gave me the opportunity to reflect on how I can support my son in his multilingual development. I had many doubts and questions, but during our session I found answers and a clearer idea of how to accompany my son's language development. Nicole also helped me to consider language learning in a broader way, linking it not only to teaching words, but also to self-care and building relationships within the family. Even though my child is only one year old, I am happy to have started this journey now. I believe that it is never too early to start multilingual coaching. It is reassuring to know that I can contact Nicole when I have questions or concerns."

"Nicole helped me clarify how to bring our third language into our daily routines with my three children. She did it with empathy, truly understanding the challenges of a working mother with limited time. Together, taking into account the realities of my everyday life, we identified several strategies to help me stay consistent and motivated in passing on the German language. She gave me practical, doable advice and encouraged me to set goals I could genuinely achieve."

“I had a wonderful experience working with Nicole. She was attentive, kind, and very practical. She gave me so many simple and helpful suggestions for introducing Russian into my son’s daily life without pressure, but in a natural and enjoyable way. Her explanations gave me so much motivation and confidence in our multilingual journey. I truly recommend her to any family raising children with more than one language. Thank you again for your availability and for the warmth and gentleness with which you support families.”

“After living many years in France, my greatest wish was to pass the language on to my daughter — both to support her future at school and in her career, and also because I wanted to continue speaking it myself. But good intentions quickly collided with everyday life. I tried to speak French with her from birth, but with work, exhaustion, and daily responsibilities, staying consistent wasn’t easy. And when she turned three, her constant ‘no’s and strong resistance made things even more challenging. With her personal and professional experience, Nicole is helping me find my direction again. She supports me through moments of discouragement, giving me a clear method, lots of helpful advice, and practical tools for managing bilingualism in our family day by day. Our online meetings are the perfect mix of pedagogical support and practical strategies. I recommend this service to any parent who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for expert guidance.”

Cristina is Italian. After many years living in France, she returned to Italy and is now passing French on to her four-year-old daughter

“I really enjoyed Nicole’s presentation. As mothers, we often talk about this topic and about how our children experience bilingualism. It was very helpful for me to learn more about multilingualism from Nicole, as an expert. Most of all, she encouraged me not to give up and to continue our journey with new energy.”
